ORDER CANCELLATION 

You may cancel your order anytime before we ship out your package. Once your package is shipped and you still would like to cancel your order, please refer the RETURNS & EXCHANGES policy.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At WineBottleDress.com, we pride ourselves in providing quality merchandise for your superior shopping experience. All items have gone through strict quality inspection prior to shipment to avoid any defects. If you are not delighted with your purchase, simply return the item in its original condition and original boxes and accessories within 30 days of invoice date for a prompt refund, less shipping costs. Please see details below.

Returning Your Item

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE. All returns must be in original packaging accompanied by the packing slip and associated Returning Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please send an email to WineBottleDress.com at info@WineBottleDress.com to request for your RMA number before returning the item. All items returned without an RMA number will be considered property of WineBottleDress.com and will not be returned.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly refund your PAYPAL account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.

 

How to return your item

Please click on the "Returns" in the Customer Service section of our store.  We will contact you if further information are required.

Pack your original merchandise with the original container in the original shipping box. All items without the original accessories and wrapping bags and boxes, items that are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a 10% to 30% of sale price restocking fee at our discretion. 

Affix address on the shipping box with the"Return and Exchange Processing Center's address.

Please consider insuring your package for the full value or the merchandise. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping item(s) to be returned, and are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping. WineBottleDress.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during shipping. 

Return items must be shipped back via USPS. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP RETURN ITEMS WITH OTHER CARRIERS 

Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. 

 

Defective Merchandise: Exchanging Your Item

At WineBottleDress.com, we believe no one should receive a damage or defective item. We package out products in the most secure manner to avoid such occurrences. If the item(s) should arrive damaged/defective at your door, please contact us immediately. An email must be sent to WineBottleDress.com at info@WineBottleDress.com within 48 hours after the delivery date provided by USPS for damaged/defective items. All returns must be shipped via USPS with an associated RMA number. DO NOT SHIP RETURN ITEMS WITH OTHER CARRIERS OR WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER. 

Please email WineBottleDress.com at info@WineBottleDress.com to arrange for an exchange. Please provide us your name, order date, e-mail address used for order, and the items ordered. You will be contacted within 2 business days via e-mail for additional directions. We will process your exchange and place an exchange order on hold in your name if the item is in stock, else a full refund including the shipping costs will be returned to your PayPal account. You must send the e-mail to us for defective items within 48 hours after the delivery date as indicated on USPS tracking. 

 

Incorrect Merchandise: Exchanging Your Item

All items shipped from WineBottleDress.com has gone though strict quality inspection and order-matching. Errors in shipment are very unlikely. However, if errors are found on the behalf of WineBottleDress.com, we will replace the item free of further charges.

Please email WineBottleDress.com at info@WineBottleDress.com to arrange for an exchange. Please provide us your name, order date, e-mail address used for order, and the items ordered. You will be contacted within 2 business days via e-mail for additional directions. We will process your exchange and place an exchange order on hold in your name if the item is in stock, else a full refund including the shipping costs will be returned to your PayPal account when the returned item is received by WineBottleDress.com. You must send the e-mail to us for incorrect items within 48 hours after the delivery date as indicated on USPS tracking. 

 

Special Purchase: Embroidery Orders

All special purchase items such as embroidery orders are non-refundable.
